SAFETY AND HEALTH POLICY

MIPOTECH shall establish the following Health & Safety Policy to create a safe work environment that strives safety and health as a priority to provide a safe and healthy working environment to all its employees.

01. All employees shall take into account of "Health & Safety Policies" as their core value and this shall be shared amongst all employees.
02. All Health & Safety Rules and Regulations shall be abided and followed, converge all requests of affiliated personnels and such shall be reflected and devised into the Health & Safety Management Process.
03. Through participation of all its employees, the risk factors shall be assessed which must be improved or amended accordingly and training must be given appropriately.
04. In carrying out work tasks, thorough preparation to prevent any safety related accidents shall be implemented and rules or procedures shall not be omitted at all costs.
05. Occupational accidents that can occur within the Work Place shall be presumed in advance, and preventative measures and response to such situations shall be discussed and decided amongst all employees.

The above Health & Safety Policy shall be notified to all employees within the Company and all employees shall abide and adhere to such procedures for implementation. Through such improvements and implementations, the Company shall strive to prioritize Health & Safety to fulfill its role and responsibility to society.
